By creating an account, accessing, or using Transcription Studio (operated by DataPrint4U), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Transcription Studio is a cloud-based AI audio/video transcription, translation, and speaker-diarization platform. Users upload digital audio or video files to generate formatted transcriptions and summary reports.
3. User Account & Security
You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Wallet Billing & Usage
Our platform operates on a pre-paid wallet credit model. Users add wallet credits using online payment gateways (including UPI, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards). Credits are deducted according to the actual audio duration processed at the published per-minute rate for your selected currency.
5. Content Ownership & Confidentiality
You retain full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in all media files you upload and the generated transcripts. DataPrint4U claims zero ownership over your media and transcripts.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to upload audio containing malicious code, threats, or content violating applicable laws.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
