1. Overview of Digital Services

DataPrint4U Transcription Studio provides real-time digital AI audio/video transcription and language processing services through cloud computing resources that are provisioned and consumed immediately upon job submission.

2. Wallet Recharges & Pre-Paid Credits

Non-Refundable Policy: Credits once recharged into your account wallet are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other accounts or payment methods. Unused credits never expire and remain indefinitely valid for future audio processing in your wallet.

Users can test the accuracy and features of the service with complimentary minutes provided on signup prior to making any paid recharges.

3. Failed Transactions & Billing Discrepancies

If money was debited from your bank account or card but credits were not reflected in your account wallet due to a network or payment gateway timeout:

Our automated reconciliation webhook normally credits your wallet within a few minutes once Razorpay confirms settlement.
If the payment failed or was aborted before completion, the banking network will automatically reverse and refund the amount to your source account within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking and RBI guidelines.
If credits are not credited after 24 hours, contact our billing team at [email protected] with your Razorpay Payment ID or transaction screenshot for immediate resolution.

4. Cancellation of Active Processing

You may click Stop at any time to cancel ongoing batch processing. In such cases, only the actual audio duration completed up to that point is charged; no further credits will be deducted for un-transcribed files.
