- Audio & Media Files: Temporary media chunks uploaded strictly for transcription processing.
2. Zero Audio Retention Policy
Your privacy and audio confidentiality are our highest priority. All raw audio and video chunks uploaded for transcription are automatically and permanently deleted from our temporary storage immediately upon transcript delivery, or within minutes via automated cleanup cycles.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data exclusively to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the transcription platform.
- Process wallet recharges and issue automated tax invoices.
- Deliver one-time security codes (OTP) and password reset notifications.
- Respond to customer support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
